I couldn't find any concrete statistics on Canada in this topic but I did find BC Ontario and Quebec at least have links and sponsorships to purchasing an EV

I think Colorado and California are the two most prominent states to have infrastructure in place whereas a lot of the other states are more so like Canada where there isn't a lot of convenient infrastructure already
