Sat Jul 02, 2016 7:15 pm

Tesla Motors is gearing up for entry into the South Korean market, as noted by job listings for sales and engineering positions on the company’s website.

This move by Tesla comes as Hyundai readies its plug-in car offensive in with IONIQ, both in BEV and PHEV forms.

I think Hyundai has no plans to compete with Tesla in the luxury catagory of EV vehicles. The Hyundai all electric IONIQ with its long warranty and affordable pricing has some perks over the expensive luxury Tesla models

Why is Tesla targeting Hyundai IONIQ? They don't really cater for the same market!
