North America seems to be the only place where the sales centers are not looking forward to having all three power trains at the same time. The article states that in other locations the dealerships are looking forward to offering all 3 power trains

I was reading other posts on a different forum and in other parts of the world they are excited to have all three power trains and have the ability to service all three powertrains of vehicle but when I've talked to retailers out here and dealerships and red forms from here a lot of feedback is that the dealerships are not too excited to get the all-electric because they don't have the infrastructure in place to service it now whether this is a negative to them because of costs or staff to actually do the work I wouldn't know

A better looking proposition than a Prius and the choice of 3 types of Ioniqs makes it interesting. I wonder if price is still going to be an issue here. Because, look at the comparison:

Corolla Hybrid >> $26,990
Camry Hybrid >> $30,000
Ioniq Hybrid >> $35,000
Ioniq PHEV >> $45,000

Pretty stiff, huh?

What does '$' mean in this context? USD? CAD? Australian Dollar? Hong Kong Dollar?

The Ioniq hydrid price you quoted is for the EV model. The hybrid starts at under $30,000 in Canada.

Yes, it's a pretty competitive price in Canada.
