Stop charging before it's finished

If my car is charging can I stop it before it is finished. If so how?

To stop charging in most cases you need to push the unlock doors button on the remote. Then you can just unplug the car.

I can confirm that. While charging the charge connector is always locked, so to stop charging you have to press the unlock button on the remote before you can pull the plug. At a rapid charger there might be an option on the screen or display or panel to stop charging from there, which will release the charge connector.
